 Next week, MSA and the NRCSD will present their strategies for implementing over 10 million dollars of capital projects at no cost to their taxpayers.  In these dire economic times, it became clear that a rethinking of capital funding was required to maintain a high quality learning environment for the over 8,000 students in the district.
