Under Budget and Ahead
of Schedule, this project completes a 15
million dollar Capital Improvement Program.
Michael Shilale Architects (MSA), as District
Architects were asked to assist the District
in prioritizing and implementing capital
improvements throughout the District.
Previously completing a 7 million dollar
Energy Savings Performance Project, this new
project would also be creatively financed.
Costing taxpayers almost nothing, voters
supported this referendum in the fall of 2013
by an over 4 to 1 margin.

MSA also took advantage of the new NYSED
protocols that allowed approval of this
project in six weeks rather than six months.
As District Architects MSA has
worked for almost two decades helping NRCSD
create higher performing educational
environments that are more efficient, easier
to maintain and healthier more effective
places to teach and learn. |
