An
exciting, multi-million dollar capital improvement
project - under the auspices of Michael Shilale
Architects, LLP (MSA), a growing New City, NY
architectural engineering firm - is about to begin
construction in Rockland County.
The energy efficiency capital improvements for North
Rockland’s 10 schools (recently approved by NY SED)
involved careful analysis of numerous factors.
Boosted by Governor Cuomo’s innovative clean energy
and environmental initiatives, the resulting
recommendations made by Michael Shilale Architects
achieved cost-savings that will foot the bill for
the entire project. Happy news for tax-weary North
Rockland residents!
