Michael Shilale Architects, LLP are recognized
experts in Universal Design. Esplanade
Palisades needed that expertise to assure their
addition continued their tradition of expansive
apartments, designed and equipped specifically for the
comfort and safety of their residents.
Accessible, hazard free environments are provided
permitting an independent lifestyle with support as
needed.
Modular construction is being considered to
reduce the impact on existing residents while the
addition is being built.
The additions will not only be sensitively designed but
will harmonize well with the existing beautiful
