In two consecutive weeks last month,
Michael Shilale Architects, LLP, (MSA) presented
their work and ideas to School Business Officials in
NY and NJ. First was the NJ ASBO annual conference
in Atlantic City, NJ. With the following week’s
event in Saratoga Springs, NY. Both conferences had
excellent educational seminars as well as
interesting and fun networking events.
MSA is proud to support both
organizations that help School Business Officials
learn from experts in the field and each other. It
was also an opportunity for us to meet school
business officials from
throughout New York and New Jersey. MSA let attendees know of their ideas to
creatively fund capital projects. Invites to MSA's
program titled "Creative Funding for Capital
Projects" being delivered this fall at NYSSBA's
annual conference were offered.
MSA had lots of exciting news and updates to
share with business officials. We discussed
our assistance securing grants, and how we can help districts fund
capital improvements through an
Energy
Performance Contract. We are helping three
districts implement over 15 million dollars of
capital improvements at no
cost to their taxpayers.
MSA was proud to again offer a $250 library grant to
one lucky school district. We are pleased to present
the grant to raffle winner Dr. Neysa Sensenig,
Assistant Superintendent for Business
at Marlboro Central School District.
We hope the grant serves their library well!
