located in the Village of new Hempstead. The
community is designed as an Active Adult Community
for residents 55 and older.
Units are approx 1200 sf and 1550 sf on the main
level. One and two bedrooms respectively. The upper
floor can have a bedroom and/or bonus space.
A community building and ‘pet park’ will be among
the common amenities.
Sustainable planning and universal design are
primary goals of this community. Water efficient
buildings and landscaping, energy efficient
technologies, green power, durable local materials,
and exceptional indoor environmental quality will
