                          Energy Savings Performance Contracts
have been around for many years. A resurgence in their
recent use has resulted from new technologies, new
incentives, high utility costs, and our tough economic
times.  It is important to remember that these are
design/build construction contracts with all the risks
and responsibilities associated with any construction
project.  MSA has many successes helping our clients
implement these projects and realize significant
savings.  To learn more about this tool click below or

(SPPA) can help you save energy and money while a
photovoltaic (PV) solar array on your building
generates clean, renewal power. PV arrays also have
great community benefits.  This agreement gives you
all the benefits of a PV system without the
                          installation and maintenance costs.  The

providers in the solar industry. These documents are
designed to improve consumer transparency, reduce
transaction costs in the solar asset contracting

cash flows so that they may be securitized and sold in
						  the capital markets.
